Ask yourself:

  • What have I noticed that I did not see before?

  • What am I carrying forward into Week Two?

This is not about fixing. It is not about reaching conclusions. It is about noticing what is alive in you—what is shifting, what is still tender, what is waiting to unfold.

Write a few sentences in your journal, or simply sit in the quiet and let the reflection settle in you.
