Feeling & Body Sensation List
There are some fabulous organizations out there that have compiled lists of feelings and body sensations. Before you click on one of the links below, take a moment .. BREATHE… Be present with this moment, as you can and how you can. Notice emotions and/or lack of emotion/sensation here and now.

Take a moment and be present with the emotions and sensations you are experiencing.
What are some realities you’ve known, what is your history with the experience of emotions and sensations. in your body?
What would you want your relationship with your emotions and body. sensations to be?
Be present to yourself as you can and how you can… Acquaint yourself with yourself as you are and how you are, here and now.
You can google search lists of emotions/body sensations. Some of my favorite come from those that practice Non-Violent Communication and this one list I really like is from the Hoffman Institute.
