Take a minute to reflect on your journey of week two.

Sunday: A Table in the Desert

Daily Reflection – Finding Provision in Barren Places

The wilderness is not just a place of stripping away. It is also a place of provision—but not always in the ways we expect. Here, in the desert, a table is set.

For forty days, Jesus walked this landscape of hunger, thirst, and solitude. And yet, angels came and ministered to Him. He was not alone. He was not abandoned.

What if provision is already present, even in the places that feel empty?
What if the wilderness holds nourishment we have not yet recognized?

Sacred Invitation – Recognizing the Table Before You

Today, let yourself become aware of what has sustained you this week. It may not have been what you expected. It may have been quiet, subtle—a word, a moment, a breath.

The wilderness does not remove provision. It teaches us how to see it.

Whisper:
“There is a table, even here.”

A Somatic Practice – Eating with Awareness

Whatever meal you eat today, let it become a practice of awareness. Slow down. Taste. Notice.

As you eat, reflect on what has sustained you—not just physically, but spiritually. What has carried you? What has held you?

Let this meal remind you: You are being nourished, even here.

Inhale: “I receive what is given.”
Exhale: “I trust there will be enough.”

Closing Reflection – The Table That is Always Set

The wilderness does not withhold nourishment. It simply invites us to see in a new way.

What if what you need is already here?
What if there is a table set before you, even in the desert?

Let today be a day of recognizing, of receiving, of trusting:
Even in the wilderness, there is enough.
